Our Mission

Education, clarity, and access to information — without financial advice or product recommendations.

Educational team preparing training materials on the French pension system

A pedagogical centre with a clear scope

Dexvionyx was founded with a specific purpose: to address the gap between the complexity of the French pension system and the understanding that workers approaching retirement actually have of it. That gap is significant, and it has real consequences.

Most French workers know they have a pension. Far fewer understand how it is calculated, which regimes apply to their career history, or what the official tools available to them actually show. This is not a question of intelligence — it is a question of access to clear, structured information.

Our role is to provide that clarity. We are not financial advisors. We do not recommend products, strategies, or savings vehicles. We explain how the system works, in language that working professionals can understand and use.

Scope of our work. All Dexvionyx programmes are strictly educational. We do not provide personalised retirement planning, financial advice, or product recommendations of any kind.

Four principles that guide everything we do

01

Pedagogical rigour

Every programme we design is built on accurate, up-to-date information about the French pension system. We verify content against official sources and update materials when legislation changes. Accuracy is non-negotiable.

02

Strict neutrality

We have no commercial relationship with any financial institution, insurer, or savings product provider. Our programmes explain the public pension system. We do not orient participants toward any private product or service.

03

Practical accessibility

Pension law and social security regulations are written in technical language. Our job is translation — converting complex regulatory text into clear, actionable knowledge that working professionals can actually use.

04

Respect for autonomy

Informed workers make better decisions. Our programmes equip participants with the knowledge to engage with official tools, read their own documents, and ask the right questions of the relevant administrations — independently.

From complex system to clear understanding

Our educational process follows a consistent structure across all formats and programmes.

01

Map the system

Begin with the full architecture: how the French pension system is organised, which bodies administer it, and how the different regimes interact.

02

Identify applicable regimes

Help participants understand which mandatory and complementary regimes apply to their own career history, including career changes and multi-regime situations.

03

Explain the calculation

Walk through the mechanics of pension calculation: trimestres, salary reference periods, the rate, and how early or late departure affects the final amount.

04

Navigate official tools

Guide participants through the official platforms available to consult their own situation: Mon Compte Retraite, the EIG, and how to read a relevé de carrière.

For French workers in the final phase of their career

Our programmes are designed for active workers — typically from age 50 onwards — who are beginning to think seriously about retirement but do not yet have a clear picture of what their pension will look like or when they can leave.

We also work with HR departments and companies that want to provide structured end-of-career support to their employees, as part of broader workforce transition programmes.
